You Got the Blues is the second single and music video from the upcoming album Let’s Wah Together by new alternative/post punk supergroup, Wah Together. The album arrives on March 4th, 2022 from Dedstrange.
Wah Together consider the song to be a love letter for when you get the blues. It's a straightforward, groovy and energetic combination of krautrock, garage rock, psychedelic, and post punk features which come together owing to the band's mastery of genre mixture.
The accompanying video was filmed at the Williamsburg bridge and locations throughout New York, and it was directed and edited by the band's vocalist Jaiko Suzuki.
Wah Together are Phil Mossman (ex.LCD Soundsystem - bass), Vito Roccoforte (The Rapture, Poolside - drums), Steve Schiltz (Longwave - guitar) and Jaiko Suzuki (Electroputas NYC - vocals).
