From Pennsylvania, dark act Lunacy joins the roster of Dedstrange, and releases Dust, the first single off the upcoming album, Echo In The Memory, coming out in early 2022.
The new song explores themes of new beginnings while being consistently in the shadow of the past, while musically it's one more notable examination of the artist's canny genre mixture which involves elements from shoegaze, darkwave, post punk and minimal electronica. Dust comes with a strong visual akin to Lunacy's dark, psychedelic and mesmeric aesthetics.
In the recent past Lunacy has shared stages with first-rate acts like Chrome, A Place To Bury Strangers, King Dude, Health, Youth Code, Twin Tribes, Sextile, SRSQ, and Tempers among others, and has been on the rise for a while, especially after the release of the debut album Age Of Truth on Third Coming Records in 2019. The project's effectiveness seems to be carrying on, and it's expected to be blossoming even more through the upcoming new offerings.
