For their third single off their upcoming debut album, Makes You Happy, Mary Anne's Polar Rig, go in a direction where Malin Hofvander's songwriting appears more intimate and well defined, following a folkier lo-fi rock tone for the most part, until it explodes to a radiant grunge rock outburst.
"All I Need is probably the song that sticks out most on this record," Hofvander comments on the new track. "I wrote it when I wasn't feeling too good about myself and was really struggling with writing new music. Then one day this song just kind of poured out of me from nowhere and is really just an honest track about self esteem."
