Jesus Love That Rock N Roll is the newest single and video released off Already!, the long overdue album by Leeds-based band, Bushpilot, recorded in the nineties and released for the first time in March 2020 through God Unknown Records.
Like the rest of the album the song pulls heavily from krautrock, with its noise rock drawing the most intense parallels and analogies to some of the band's more celebrated contemporaries like Slint and Shellac.
"Jesus Love That Rock N Roll is about the joy and electric energy of music," the band state. "Of how the experience of music can be almost a religious experience, about the righteous rebellion of popular music. Of feeling the love for all of the people all of the time."
A psychedelic visual comes with the song, directed, filmed and edited by Dominique Golden, intensifying the track's gravity even further.
