In the aftermath of a four year absence, experimental psychedelic metal heavy hitters, Pinkish Black, return triumphantly with their fourth LP (second for Relapse Records). Concept Unification comes out June 14th, 2019, and after our introduction to it via the impressive lead single, Until, the Texan band unveil a new video for the imposing, synth-heavy, doom heaviness of new cut, Dial Tone.
Grant Ring directs the neat and gritty visual, while the forward thinking duo makes excellent use of a rich approach in their instrumentation and production, culminating in a downright arresting and stimulating outcome. After two tracks presented, Pinkish Black deliver and appear true to the forerunning promise that Concept Unification is going to be the band's most adventurous record to date.
