that year's finest EPs, Detroit's Ritual Howls will be releasing their fourth full length,
Rendered Armor, on March 22nd, 2019 via Felte. Opening track,
Alone Together, demonstrates a more multifarious, mellowed and grown up side for the trio's fascinating sound. It's a dark and gloomy piece which in a dazzling manner draws influence from country and gothic rock, while it maintains much from the gritty post punk sound for which the trio has been known and loved thus far.
A love story with a condemned backdrop, narrated through vocalist, Paul Bancell's imposing baritone delivery,
Alone Together is the living proof that whichever direction Ritual Howls tend to take, they never go wrong.
