Ghostly Kisses: The City Holds My Heart

After a series of breakthrough singles that came out in 2016, and a notable debut EP in 2017, produced by Dragos Chiriac of Men I Trust, Margaux Sauvé's Ghostly Kisses moves on with her first release for 2018. The City Holds My Heart is a brooding track which once more showcases the beautiful mixture of soft vocals and sharp production and instrumentation, for which Ghostly Kisses has gained much prominence.

Drawing inspiration for the project's name from a poem by William Faulkner, Sauvé has steadily earned a lot of fan and media appreciation for her early releases, and piece after piece confirms the potency and high quality in the melancholy of her graceful songwriting.

The clip which accompanies the song was filmed by Élisabeth Grenier and Margaux Sauvé in the beautiful Berlin.
