Fresh off the very good reception of their EP, Dragged Through Glass, Texan death metal up and comers, THROAT LOCUST, return with the new single, Gifted the Grave, continuing to deliver a powerful and groovy take on extreme metal, rooted in hardcore-driven power and old school death metal properties. Clocking in at only two minutes, Gifted the Grave delivers a relentless assault of brutal energy.
Recorded in early April 2023, Gifted the Grave serves as the first example of a forthcoming EP, which will feature a total of four tracks.
This time around, THROAT LOCUST try their hand at a more contemporary approach, and bring forward a sound that's absolutely crushing and grabbing.
