Batboner: Flaccid

Norwegian deathrockers, Batboner, have unveiled their new four song EP, Flaccid, from which the title track introduces a bit of a new approach to the band's customary gothic rock, drawing influence from more disparate acts like the Swedish dark rockers, Then Comes Silence, and prog metal giants, Opeth. The track also marks a first for the band, featuring a  guest appearance by their friend Cath Räisänen.

The new song leaves a strong darkwave impression and comes with a rowdy post punk sound, as well as a more metallic edge this time around, while the composition seems to be taking a fairly catchy and memorable turn.
