CREATURE have released their new and exciting EP, HAUNT, which is essentially made up of four great tracks, all of which easily work as individual singles, and also as a whole, coherent package.
Grey Ghosts is a one more seamless unification of hardcore punk and thrash metal, with southern rock components and the band's inherent contemporary metal twist. With a colossally powerful breakdown, the song highlights a disturbed character afflicted by addiction.
Vocalist and guitarist James Thompson explains: “The character in Grey Ghosts has a guilt ridden internal dialogue with his vice - with a duplicity of feeling to the addiction. Torn between the instant reward of escapism, and making the changes that will have long term benefits to the person. This ongoing battle can result in isolation and the problems spiralling further out of control.”
