From Washington, DC, new band Design Flaw emerge with debut single Ghost, a fine piece full of sentimentality and denotative of an excellent production, recorded and mixed by Kenny Eaton at Mystery Ton Studios (Giraffes? Giraffes!, Scale the Summit, Time Columns), and mastered by Will Yip (Bartees Strange, Caspian, Circa Survive).
Drawing from the heavier aspect of alternative rock as well as both edgier and more approachable sounds, Design Flaw impress musically, and deliver something which glows with atmosphere, and deals in a direct type of eloquence. Between post hardcore, post metal and clear-cut guitar-based indie rock, Design Flaw put on display a creative approach with many branches available for the band to follow in their next endeavors.
