The Evil You Know is the latest single revealed off the upcoming Grief, the debut EP by Canadian extreme metal band, Acid Womb, who this time take a darker and more gothic metal-bent direction to the distinct mixture of death metal, black metal and hardcore which they presented in their previous offerings.
The Evil You Know features Marcus of technical death metal band, Æpoch, on guitar who through his robust solo adds additional factors of character to that slower approach, the ponderous lyrical content and the generally heavy moodiness and inherent brutality which Acid Womb achieve without difficulty.
