In less than no time Dutch/German dreampop act, The Day, reveal a second performance video, together with the entirety of their new EP, Soon I Will Forget, which compiles four tracks from their recent broadcasted session from Pauluskirche, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.
EP opener, Illuminate, was also part of the very well received 2019 album, Midnight Parade, and much like the rest of the songs on the new release it is presented in a moderately rougher and more impulsive version, expressing the band's excitement for being able to perform live again after the frustrating confines set by the global pandemic.
Laura Loeters and Gregor Sonnenberg are joined by Jens Golücke on drums, and deliver an enjoyable show which brings the successful path of their debut record to a celebratory crowning moment.
