Bad Flamingo: Bottom Shelf Gin

It has become almost customary to anticipate a fresh good single in a regular periodic manner from Bad Flamingo who still remain enigmatic after having built a pretty engaging body of work with their consistent releases. The mystery of their presence is still persisting, but the duo aren't that much secretive with their music, luckily so.

Bottom Shelf Gin is a twangy and bluesy country ballad which feels like something that has erupted straight from the desert's hottest depths, once again presenting the duo in a matured songwriting mode.

"For the times when all that's left is gin, and the only shelf you can reach is the bottom," the band vividly describe, and with that, together with the effectiveness of their delivery and their fine instrumentals, they paint a pretty lifelike spaghetti western picture.
