With a disheartening title and an analogously ominous sound, avant garde metal greats, Today Is The Day, return six years after their latest endeavor, with new album, No Good To Anyone, scheduled to come out February 28th, 2020 via BMG.
The menacing You’re All Gonna Die is a two and a half-minute heavy rocker which proves that Today Is the Day mastermind, Steve Austin, is able to keep going strong after battling Lyme's disease and having plentiful of hardship striking during the time of the band's absence.
Heavy and consciously grating, both this and the previously revealed title track channel their composer's pain in the most creative of ways, and bring about a most welcome return; that of a veteran act with much experience behind them, and hopefully a lot left to give.
