After their almost ambient, atmospheric 2014 album, Celestite, Wolves In The Throne Room return to their black metal roots with their new album, Thrice Woven on August 23rd on their own label Artemisia.
An abbreviated version of the album's epic ten-minute opener, Born From The Serpent’s Eye, is getting the music video treatment, a first for the band who had to say about it: "This is our first video. We lit a bonfire and blasted through the first part of Born From The Serpent’s Eye. You’ll have to listen to the full track to hear Anna Von Hausswollf’s glory. This is the first time we’d played the song with Kody and it fucking slayed. Peter and Nico captured the magic. May the good fires blaze!"
